Sixty bespoke rooms form the backbone of the project, each shaped through meticulous coordination between the client, builder, and design team. The result is a hotel that balances the ease of a seaside escape with the refinement of considered luxury.

Within the mix, our Code Xray Pendants punctuate the design. Their sculptural form brings an architectural rhythm to the coastal views, casting a glow that deepens atmosphere and complements the tactile material palette.
