We strongly advise against shipping to a building site. To ensure safe delivery, please provide a secure address.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL, with transit times of approximately 7–10 business days (excluding order processing time).
Goods are delivered CPT (Carriage Paid To).
Upon delivery, customers must inspect all items before signing the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing ‘Received in Good Condition,’ you waive the right to claim for damaged goods.
For international orders, all customs, import duties and tariffs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nightworks Studio is not liable for any additional charges required for goods to be released once dispatched.

Due to space and insurance limitations, we cannot store orders beyond three weeks from completion and notification. A storage fee of NZD $50 per week will apply, invoiced prior to delivery.
If an order remains unpaid three months after completion, Nightworks Studio reserves the right to retain the products and consider the order cancelled without refund.
